867bd Responsible Gaming —
Your Safety Is Our Priority
Online gaming should be enjoyable, not stressful. 867bd believes that playing responsibly is the foundation of healthy entertainment — that's why we are committed to supporting you with the right tools and information.
Online casino and betting are entirely a form of entertainment. However, when gaming gets out of control, it can cause problems for individuals and families. 867bd always wants our players to play with enjoyment, make informed decisions, and seek help when needed.
Keep in mind while playing on the 867bd platform: gaming is a recreational activity, not an alternative source of income. The outcome of every game is random — winning is possible, and so is losing. So always play within a set budget and avoid placing extra bets to recover money you have lost.
We understand that drawing the line can sometimes feel difficult. That is why 867bd provides various tools and options to help you keep gaming fun and make it easy to take a break when needed.
Our Protection Tools
These special features are available directly from your account to help ensure the safety of 867bd players.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately — increasing it takes time to process, but reducing it takes effect right away.
Time-Out
Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During this period, logging in or making deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Request to keep your account closed for a longer period (6 months, 1 year, or permanently). While self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to open a new account.
Bet History & Spending Tracker
View all your deposits, withdrawals, and bet history at any time. Understanding your own spending patterns makes it easier to make informed decisions.
Reality Reminder
Receive reminders at regular intervals — how long you have been playing, how much you have spent. These small notifications help you stay connected with reality.
24/7 Support
If you have any questions or concerns at any time, contact us via live chat. Our team is always ready to help in both Bengali and English.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it is wise to take a break and seek support. Staying aware of these things will help you keep gaming enjoyable.
- You are spending beyond your budget and playing more to recover it
- You feel restless or anxious when trying to stop gaming
- You are hiding your gaming from family or friends
- You are playing with borrowed money or by breaking into savings
- Gaming is affecting your daily tasks, sleep, or relationships
- After a loss, you are placing larger bets to vent your frustration
The Golden Rules of Healthy Gaming
867bd wants every player to follow these simple rules — so that gaming always remains a source of entertainment.
- Set a specific budget before playing and stick to it
- Set a time limit — do not play for hours on end without a break
- Think of money lost as the cost of entertainment
- Avoid playing when you are stressed or feeling low
- Never place bets while under the influence of alcohol or medication
- Keep up other hobbies instead of making gaming your only source of enjoyment in life
Deposit Limits & Self-Exclusion in Detail
How these tools work and how to set them up is described below.
Deposit Limit
You can set the maximum amount you will deposit within a specific period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the next period begins. Reducing a limit is instant, but a request to increase it requires a 7-day waiting period — this intentional delay prevents impulsive decisions.
Time-Out
Keep yourself temporarily away from the platform for any duration from 24 hours to 30 days. During a time-out, logging into your account or making deposits will not be possible. Once the period ends, the account is automatically reactivated. Prizes from competitions already in progress at the time of the time-out will not be cancelled.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate self-exclusion. Options of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent are available. While self-exclusion is active, no bonus offers or promotional emails will be sent. Requests to reactivate the account during this period will not be accepted — this is an intentional safeguard.
Ask Yourself Before Playing
867bd always recommends taking a moment to ask yourself these questions before you start playing. Honest answers will keep you on the right track.
Am I playing with money I can afford to lose?
Only place bets with money whose loss will not affect your daily life. Never use money meant for rent, food, or medical expenses for betting.
Am I playing for fun?
If winning feels "compulsory" or losing makes you unbearably angry — that is a signal that gaming is no longer just entertainment. Taking a break at this point is the wise choice.
Am I keeping track of my time?
Sometimes you may not even notice where hours have gone. Set an alarm on your phone and keep reminders turned on in your account.
Do the people close to me know?
If you feel the need to hide your gaming from family or friends — think about why. Being open about gaming is a sign of a healthy relationship.
Minor Protection
867bd strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Age is verified during registration and deposits. If there are children or teenagers in your household who use your device, then:
- Log out before leaving your device — avoid auto-login
- Use parental control software on your device
- Never leave your login details within reach of children
- If you suspect anything, let our support team know — they will act quickly
